Orange Hot Chocolate Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups of Fernleaf UHT Full Cream Milk
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 2-3 strips of orange rind
- 30 grams of 70% dark chocolate (or semi sweet chocolate, 60-65%)
Optional toppings: chocolate curls, orange zests, whip cream
Directions:
1. Combine Fernleaf UHT Full Cream Milk, sugar, orange peel in a small sauce pan and place over medium heat.
2. In a small bowl break the chocolate up into small pieces.

I am not sure what you mean but I used the big oranges found in most supermarkets. Not to be confused with mandarin oranges ya.
