Wagyu More Buffet: All You Can Eat Steamboat Buffet for Only RM36.80

I confess, I go to Midvalley Megamall so often that I might have eaten my way through all their F and B tenants within my budget, of course. There will be days when I end up wandering around in search of something new only to eat the same thing again. Who else has the problem?

Such a first world problem I know but one that continues to plague me. Until one day, my mother and I suddenly recalled that new steamboat buffet place on the top floor of the Gardens Mall near Ippudo. The lunch buffet prices were attractive at RM36.80 for unlimited plates of meat: pork, beef and chicken and free flow of the sides, vegetable, drinks and ice-cream. For someone who loves steamboat and buffet, it was perfect. In fact we loved it so much, we went back repeatedly.

If for lunch, we would opt for the single plate set at RM28.80 each which gave us one plate of meat of our choice and free flow of everything else.  We weren't big eaters and the one plate of meat often sufficed when mixed with everything else. There is something for everyone be it with the soup options, meat and sides. Waygu More has 8 different types of soups to pick from: sukiyaki, kombu, pork bone soup, spicy pork bone soup, kimchi, miso and Japanese curry. WTF Japanese curry for steamboat?

They have a lot of leafy vegetables, mushrooms, tofu, fried beancurd skin, noodles, drinks, and sauces to pick from - all unlimited. While waiting for your food to cook, you can snack on the ice-cream or pre-cooked food like fried rice, samosa and so on.
