Christmas gatherings at restaurants and hotels will be very different this year but why not take this opportunity to enjoy a more intimate setting at Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, Chinatown? We were invited down to Chinatown for a preview of their upcoming Christmas range at Quan's Kitchen and the main highlight of the spread was its Roasted in Chinatown Turkey. But we will get to that in a bit.
Matching the aesthetics of the entire hotel, Quan's Kitchen boast an elegant interior of jade green and brick walls - befitting of its neighbourhood settings. Its ceiling-to-floor windows allow guests to enjoy beautiful views of the KL skyline all day. In line with SOP, the restaurant is operating at 50% its usual seating capacity with tables spaced evenly apart for social distancing.
ow the Christmas spread at Quan's Kitchen was fairly small compared to many other hotels and restaurants but that allows for the kitchen to fully focus on ensure the quality of its dishes. From cold salads to unique fusion dishes, roasted meat and comforting local dishes, it was hard to find a miss on the buffet line. Most importantly, the spread doesn't draw attention away from its main highlight, the aforementioned Quan’s Kitchens’ Roasted in Chinatown Turkey.
