Targeting pedestrians and road users of Persiaran Subang, Bandar Utama and Bukit Bintang, this KFC “snek box” giveaway is scheduled to run on 12 November 2021 from 10am to 7.30pm.
Sayantan Das, Managing Director, foodpanda, expressed delight in the partnership with KFC, which is in line with their brand mission of delivering joy to customers across Malaysia. “For 11:11, we wanted to surprise our loyal customers with a special treat, hence why we have decided to collaborate with KFC, a brand that Malaysians love. We know that getting stuck in traffic is inevitable and it can be even more frustrating if it rains but we do hope that these meals are a thoughtful gesture that is able to spread smiles and brighten up gloomy days.”
To ensure this initiative is a success, KFC will be providing 400 packs of the “snek box” complete with stickers from 4 different outlets. Additionally, there will be 40 riders assigned to distribute these meals with foodpanda and KFC branded e-scooters instead of their usual motorbikes.
