Mooncake Festival 2018 - Resorts World Genting

Being Chinese means there are a lot of things to look forward to all year round from Chinese New Year to Chap Goh Mei to Spring Festival and of course, the Mid-Autumn Festival aka Moon Cake festival. I simply love Moon Cake festival, perhaps even more than Chinese New Year because 1) moon cakes, 2) cartoon and traditional lanterns, 3) no family reunion and 4) MOON CAKES (again)
Kicking off the upcoming season is Resorts World Genting's new variety of moon cake flavours featuring a very localised taste in the form of the Pandan Jade with Buttermilk Custard. If you're a huge Durian fan, enjoy the Durian Paste with Durian Jingsa and Snow Skin Durian Paste.

Resorts World Genting promises generous amounts of Durians in their creations this year so be sure to order it and do chill it first for a more refreshing taste. All of Resorts World Genting's moon cakes are created by Chef Gan Chee Keong who focuses on the right ingredients, freshness and meticulous preparation of the treats.

Of course, if you would like to opt for the traditional flavours of moon cake, Resorts World Genting will also be selling the following:
1. Lotus Paste with Single Yolk,
2. Red Bean Paste,
3. White Lotus Paste with Black Sesame,
4. Low Sugar White Lotus Paste,
5. Lotus Paste with Double Yolk,
6. Green Tea Lotus Paste,
7. Golden Jade with Single Yolk,
8. Assorted Nuts “Ng Yan”,
9. Single Yolk with Pu Er Lotus Paste and
10. Green Tea Paste with Black Sesame Jingsa.
