ISETAN The Japan Store KL - Refreshed and Updated

Refreshed, revived and rejuvenated were exactly ISETAN The Japan Store at Lot 10 in the heart of Kuala Lumpur was at its reopening on 28 November 2019. By continuing to combine Japan's best in fashion, accessories and food with a kaleidoscope of categories, the store aims to bring more comprehensive offerings to shoppers, locals and tourist alike. And just in time for Christmas too!

Already, all six floors of  ISETAN The Japan Store is hard to miss from the outside by shoppers but its continued dedication to bring high quality Japanese products to Malaysia is what keeps people coming back for more. I was invited to their sneak preview night and saw for myself the several new brands to look out for and the kind of activities to see and do while there. Here's what you can expect to find on the revamped floors.

GF - The DESIGN
This floor houses the most avant-garde of Japanese and Malaysian fashion designs and limited edition collectibles such as FDMTL, Mastermind World, #FR2 as well as local brands such as A by Jane, Joe Chia, Jonothan Liang to name a few. Of course, you find Seiko, Imayo and Leica cameras as well.

In conjunction with the reopening, ISETAN The Japan Store is also hosting an exclusive unique collaboration between renowned Japanese denim label FDMTL and Malaysian fashion designer Joe Chia - the first global launch of the collection before other markets. Apart from that, Malaysian designer Jonathan Liang's own label is also available exclusively at ISETAN The Japan Store via a pop-up store.
