Saga, Kyushu [Day 5 Part 2] - teamLab Borderless at Mifuneyama Rakuen
Welcome to Day 5 of my journey through Kyushu...part 2.
I must say I do wished that I had spent more time in Nagasaki. The city had a charm of its own - a blend between Western and Japan, further made more sobering by the bombing. As we departed to head to Fukuoka, I told myself I would come back to explore more. My drive on this day would take us from Nagasaki to Takeo city in Saga Prefecture followed by a half day trip to Itoshima and finally to Fukuoka to check in at our hostel, the Life Hostel and Bar lounge (review is up here) As we visited multiple sites in Itoshima, I will save a rundown of those things in a separate post and dedicate this post to our visit to Saga, specifically Mifuneyama Rakuen and the teamLab interactive display.

[Beauty Review] Beléza by Vasayo A Complete Skincare System?
This lockdown has affected my skin's health in ways I cannot imagine. It might be the stress or the sudden change in daily routine or food but my skin has decided to dry up on me like the Sahara Desert. It was an unpleasant feeling at best and my only consolation was that no one outside of my family would see the degradation of my skin.

Destination: Turkey
“It would be a pity to pass through (Istanbul), — comme ça.” He snapped his fingers descriptively. “Nothing presses—I shall remain there as a tourist for a few days.”

After solving his latest case, detective Hercule Poirot planned to spend a few days in Istanbul as a tourist. With its East meets West location, visitors can immerse themselves in its long history dating back to the Roman empire. Istanbul is undoubtedly rich with culture, unique arts, and remarkable architectural sites. If the book inspired you to get to know more about Istanbul, take a look at the Hagia Sophia, once an Orthodox Church and Ottoman Mosque.
