SCORE Warzone: Urban Assault kicks off

Another obstacle race is entering the Malaysia OCR scene with an exciting line-up of four different terrain races for OCR junkies to participate it. Established for their Zumba and running events, SCORE now ventures into the obstacle racing field with SCORE Warzone, a four series OCR events that kicks off on 18 November. 

SCORE Warzone is a series of military-themed obstacle courses that will take troopers on a tour of duty through different warzones each quarter. Expect to cross  over city, coast, mountains, and forests, each warzone representing a unique battlefield that will challenge different skills in their arsenal each time.

Much like Viper Challenge and Spartan Race, SCORE Warzone feature Elite and Open categories. The Elite participants will be granted a timing chip and upon completion of the each course will be awarded an "officer beret". No indication of what that is. With each completed race, elites go up a rank. 

The first leg of SCORE Warzone is Urban Assault, a 12km course with 20 obstacles laid out across Cyberjaya. Set take place on 18 November at 6:30am, successful finishers will be entitled to a finisher shirt and a medal to show off after. 

Registration opens on 8 June starting at RM79 for local and USD28 for international for the early bird prices. Prices increases closer to the event so get your entry ASAP.
