Not many companies can proudly say they have been around for over 100 years. F&N is not one of those companies and recently celebrates 140 years with a a heartfelt theme that resonates deeply with the Malaysian community – Kisah Kita… Selamanya.
Any true blue Malaysian would have a connection to any product by F&N throughout their life as they have a diverse range of brands, weaving an enduring tapestry of shared memories. The brand collection now includes Sri Nona and Cocoacland. The anniversary theme, "Kisah Kita… Selamanya," captures the essence of these cherished traditions, where F&N products have served as catalysts for countless heartwarming connections among loved ones.
“F&N is honoured to stand as steadfast companions for generations of Malaysians. As we celebrate our heritage, we are also excited for the years ahead, embracing an era of sustainable growth and transformation,” affirmed F&N Chief Executive Officer Lim Yew Hoe.
In conjunction with this celebration, F&N’s commitment to sustainability takes on various initiatives as it shapes the landscape of Malaysia's future. One such as an effort is developing he largest integrated dairy farm in Malaysia in Gemas, Negeri Sembilan, that will produce 100 million litres of fresh milk. The facility will be designed around sustainable agriculture, circular economy practices and green technology and implementing its own feed crop farming.
Since 2020, F&N has progressively reduced its reliance on fossil fuels by installing one of Malaysia’s largest rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) systems at its facilities. With 11,000 solar panels at its Shah Alam plant, the generated solar energy now accounts for more than half of the electricity demand for producing 100PLUS, Malaysia’s No. 1 Isotonic beverage. Following this milestone, 100PLUS will carry the “Solar” emblem across its packaging.
