Coolblog adds Malaysian-spired drinks to its menu
Let's face. Malaysians do love their local flavours. Case in point - Nasi Lemak, cendol, salted egg yolk and durian.
In conjunction with Hari Malaysia, CoolBlog Malaysia has launched Rasa Rasa Malaysia, its new range of colourful flavours catered to Malaysian taste buds. The new drinks were unveiled in conjunction with the celebration of Merdeka and Malaysia Day, incorporating flavours that are distinctly Malaysian and derived from local desserts.

Four Years on...
Sigh... it's quite bad that I missed my own blog's anniversary. And here I was wondering why people were congratulating me on LinkedIn.
But yes, it has been four years. It's my blog's fourth anniversary and of late, I have questioned and pondered the direction of my creative medium amongst other other things.
Four year ago, I started this blog to allow me to continue writing as I used when I was a writer at a magazine. It was quite simple then, the content potential unhindered and unbound but eventually I realised things were changing.
Things have changed. I've changed and those changes reflects in the way I write and what I write about on this site. From general lifestyle to food and travel to its current status - fitness, OCR and travel oriented.

It has been a long journey but I finally found my passion, my niche. I've been blogging about OCR when it first landed in Malaysia with Viper Challenge leading the way. Alongside the growing OCR scene in Malaysia, I hope to see this site grow with it.
Happy Anniversary and Happy Halloween, blog.
Cheers,
Tania

An Indulging Charity at Indulge, TGV 1Utama
Now who says you can't treat yourself while doing some charity?
Taking the initiative to give back to charity, TGV in partnership with Omnicom Media Group have launched A Delicious Charity campagn in order to raise funds for PERTIWI Soup Kitchen and Fungates Superflow Foundation.
From November 2014 to October 2015 (a whole year!), 12 different dishes will be featured each month, of which 5% of the 'dish of the month' will go to charity. The 12 dishes were selected and made reality from the pages of the OMG Can Cook recipe book which only cost RM10.
In the coming months, here are some of the dishes you can expect to look forward to.

Happy 2nd Birthday, Ma Blog!
This October 2014 has been a huge month for me. I ran my first ever half marathon at the SCKLM and survived. I also managed to raise funds for Malaysian Nature Society in the process. I also learned the right way to use and fire a Glock gun. But perhaps the most significant moment for me would involve this blog.
Because you see....
Two years ago after leaving my job as a writer, I set out on a mission to continue writing (simply because I enjoy writing) and two years later, over 200 posts, thousands of travel and food photos and a new job in a new field later, here I am still blogging as frequently as my schedule would allow me.
And to commemorate my blog's second year in existence, I've finally purchased an official domain address and also changed its overall name to be shorter, catchier and with a touch of my long term fixation with Japan.

Happy 1st Anniversary, Happy Days!
Has it been a year already?
Wow, that was fast. Exactly a year ago, I posted up my first post about pork noodles (being the food lover that I am) and hence begun my pathway into the social media scene. Looking back, I can see how far my blog has come and how many doors it has opened up for me.
For one thing, it has made me try out more new things, go to different places and allowed me to meet all sorts of weird and wonderful people. And for that, I am grateful to my blog.
